Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact.
  • Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

2. How to Return

Please include your order number either inside or outside the parcel, and send your return to:

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Items

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions.
  • If approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.

Refunds include the original delivery cost (if applicable).
