1. Order Processing

- Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day.

- Orders placed after 2pm or on Sundays are dispatched the next working day.

- During busy periods, processing may take up to 1 business day.

We ship across the UK using Royal Mail, Evri, and DHL.

- Standard Delivery (Tracked 48): 2–3 business days

- Express Delivery (Tracked 24): 1–2 business days

We also ship internationally via Royal Mail, Evri, and DHL.

- USA/Canada/Europe (Tracked): 5–7 business days

- Rest of the World (Tracked): 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays once your order has been handed over to our delivery partners.

6. Risk of Loss

Once your order is passed to the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the goods transfers to you.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

- If your order does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch, and no valid delay has been communicated, please contact us at hi@itsamaka.com so we can investigate.
- If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
