We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, and we've made our return policy super simple. You've got a whole 14 days to decide if your unopened Amaka products are your cup of tea. Just make sure your item is unused, the seals are still intact, and the packaging is in good shape.
If you decide to return something, don't forget to jot down your order number either inside or outside the parcel and send the items back to:

And if your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition or something's missing, no worries! Just drop us a line at hi@itsamaka.com, and we'll sort it out pronto, sending you a replacement without delay.
Get Your Money Back
Once we get your returned item, we'll give it a quick once-over to ensure everything's in tip-top condition. If all's well, we'll hit the refund button. Your refund will head back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that depending on your payment provider, it might take a couple of days for the funds to show up in your account.
Our refunds cover everything you paid, including the postage fees for sending back the item(s).
Who Pays for Shipping?
Unless your return is due to an error on our part, you'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with any returns. Thanks for understanding!
